Privacy policy
We ask for the least we need to make and deliver your order, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you place an order; the contents of your cart; and basic, anonymous information about how the site is used.
Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Shopify's payment processing. They never reach us and we cannot see them.
Why we use it
To make, pack, ship and track your order, to answer your messages, and — only if you asked for it — to send occasional emails about new pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to complete your order: Shopify, our payment processor, and the courier delivering your parcel. Nobody else, ever, and never for money.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and local storage to remember your cart between visits and to understand which pages people find useful. You can clear them from your browser at any time; the cart will simply forget itself.
Keeping your data
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules in India require. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
Write to hello@kutchcraft.in or WhatsApp +91 75675 11414 to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We reply within a few working days.
