Shipping policy

Ready pieces leave our workshop within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order and custom sizes take 7–10 working days before dispatch. You get a message the day your parcel ships.

Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch. Other locations: 5–8 working days.

Free shipping on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹99 is added at checkout. Cash on delivery is available across India.

We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 8–15 working days after dispatch and is charged at checkout by weight and destination.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot calculate or refund them.

A tracking link is emailed and messaged to you when the parcel leaves Bhuj. If it has been more than three days since dispatch with no movement, message us on WhatsApp +91 75675 11414 and we will chase the courier for you.

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if the address is wrong and we will correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because nobody could receive them can be reshipped once the return charge is paid.
